This unit comes with a flexible hose, which should be put out of a door or window, to remove the heat from your room to the outside. Is this item New, Used, Nearly New or Well Used??

Well, when this arrived, I accidently cut the little tie strap that holds the electrical cable at the back when not in use. It's been no problem, as I've used a different little tie instead. So, its Used, working absolutely fine & in great condition. Be prepared for any heat wave ahead, air con really is amazing!
